History of our company development

In 1989 by a group of engineers, specialists in medical equipment servicing there was organized one of the first non-state enterprises in Krasnodar Region - "Corund" co-operative. The co-operative was engaged in manufacturing of orthopedic electric tools and sale of medical equipment to treatment-and-prophylactic institutions of the country.

In a relatively short period of time "Corund" has shown itself as a reliable partner, which assisted in expansion of business fields of a small but successful company. Flexible internal policy of the firm and personnel culture of a team united by single ideology ensured the firm’s continuous growth and strengthened the company's success with the results achieved.

By the middle of 90-ties "Corund" co-operative was reorganized into "Tet" limited liability company. Expansion of commodity structure and changes in company product strategy enabled the enterprise to invest resources in building of its own office, exhibition and storage facilities and ensured a tendency of Russian producers to work with our firm. There were established serious business relations with Leningrad union of “LOMO” OJSC that had a great influence on forming the firm internal culture. In 1998 the extension of the company demanded changes that led to business restructuring and to formation of group of companies united under a single trademark «MEDLEX».

«MEDLEX» industrial & commercial group today is coordinated by a single strategy, operation and financial management structure of legally separate companies, integrating their efforts in various sectors of the national economy of Russia.

Companies of «MEDLEX» work in fields of industrial production, agro- and food processing, wine making, health protection and other related areas.

Being an active participant of foreign-economic activity, «MEDLEX» group of companies for several years successfully represents in the market of Krasnodar Region interests and medical products of many well-known foreign producers and world leaders.

In the structure of «MEDLEX» group of companies works a service center licensed by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology of Russian Federation carrying out all complex of works on assembling, adjustment and servicing of imported and domestic medical equipment supplied.

Despite the long history of the company development, «MEDLEX» is a company young in spirit and in staff. The average age of the staff doesn’t exceed 35 years. Our youth is a key to inexhaustible enthusiasm and activity.
